We’re looking for a Senior Complex Systems Engineer to join our Digital Systems Assurance team. If you're motivated by solving challenging problems and contributing to major programmes, this is your chance to refine your skills.

What You’ll Do
Manage the development and assurance of high-integrity, safety-critical systems
Provide systems engineering leadership across complex projects
Guide clients through regulatory requirements (e.g. ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254)
Support design and assurance strategies using MBSE and architecture modelling tools
Engage with senior stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions
Contribute to business development and proposal leadership
Play a key role in national programmes (e.g. INVICTUS) and advanced autonomous technologies
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in developing, assuring, or certifying safety-critical systems (preferably aerospace, defence, or high-integrity domains)
Knowledge of key standards: ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-326A, IEC 61508, or MOD DEF STANs (00-055, 00-056)
Proficient systems thinking, with tools like Cameo, Sparx EA, SysML/UML, MBSE
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A strategic mindset – with the ability to shape programme-level engineering outcomes
It is beneficial if you have:
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (or working towards it)
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience navigating MOD acquisition frameworks or supporting OEMs/Primes
