Shift Options:

• Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M-F with weekend rotations)

Responsibilities:

• Directs and supervises Unit Managers, Supervisors and Charge Nurses RN/LPN
• Trains, supports and assists as needed
• Communicates effectively with Director of Nursing
• Performs other required duties

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 5 years long-term care experience preferred
• 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required

Supervisory responsibility:

• Nurses, certified nursing assistants, shadow aides.
