Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Join a Growing Pediatric Practice in Newark, NJ

Position: Full-Time
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year + Full Benefits

About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a private pediatric office serving families in Newark, NJ. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, continuous care to children from infancy through adolescence — from routine checkups to managing chronic conditions.

You’ll work alongside a supportive pediatrician and care team who value efficiency, communication, and a strong patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive well-child exams and sick visits (20–25 patients per day)
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses
• Review medical histories, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Counsel parents on preventive care, nutrition, and child development
• Prescribe medications and coordinate specialist referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records in EMR

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey APRN License
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) Board Certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
• Multilingual ability (Spanish, Arabic, Creole, Russian, or Mandarin) is a plus
