Responsibilities

As Manager of Operational Resilience and Readiness, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Collaboration across our healthcare system in the name of quality patient experiences comes second nature, as does developing a learning culture for your staff. You’re excited to foster an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued. The Manager of Operational Resilience and Readiness is also responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of emergency management, business continuity, safety, and environmental compliance programs across the health system. This role ensures organizational readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience through strategic planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.  

Qualifications

Education• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field required• Master's Degree preferred Experience• 3 years of relevant experience in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Safety, Hazardous Materials Spill Response, or Fire/Life Safety required• 5 years or more of relevant experience preferred
