You Are:
The SAP Process Integration Developer Senior Manager is responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post release support of SAP Integration solution architecture.
The Work:
- Incorporating a combination of SAP PI/PO skills and modern API framework to enable system-to-system, communication, data exchange, and integration
- Frequent knowledge transfer of best practices, modern, standard API integration techniques will be required
- Defining integration requirements feasibility assessment, participating in large systems and subsystem planning, ensuring adherence to schedules, and developing technical integration documentation
- Senior SAP Process Integration specialist is competent in subject matter and concepts and may lead individuals assisting in the work
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- Client-specific activities:
- Facilitate PLMSI-related design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
- Provide guidance and support for custom development and data conversion
- Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide documentation for work performed
- Support production cutover; provide documentation for work performed
- Support post-go-live hypercare and maintain documentation
- Facilitate PLMSI cutover and migration activities
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of experience
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Experience in managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- 8+ years SAP PI/PO and/or relevant system integration experience
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Expert/practical experience with SAP PLMSI
- Expert/practical experience with Siemens Team Center adapter (T4ST)
- SAP PLMSI Configuration / setup
- Local to St. Louis or available for weekly Monday-Friday travel to St. Louis
Bonus Points If:
- Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
- S/4HANA project experience
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
