This position is in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Plan and design cable routes around facilities, cabinet racks, and LRUs.
Conduct LRU interface research, process documents, and collaborate with other engineers to determine the best design for each set of cables.
Perform circuit design and analysis, such as overall power analysis for component and rack-level systems, line loss analysis, and bent pin analysis.
Develop interconnect drawings in Capital.
Develop Product Definition Packages (PDPs) and take them through the full review and release process in CPLM.
Interface and coordination with external stakeholders such as PM&P, EEE, Safety, and others.
Demonstrate technical skills, strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exhibit a commitment to ethics and integrity, as well as a capacity for innovation. Must be able to operate effectively in a team environment and collaborate across the program to accomplish assigned tasks.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 1 year of experience.
Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, or 0 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
Electrical Engineer with some experience with hardware design
Must know how to design schematics and excel in detailed design work
Comfortable with understanding mil-specs and capable of clarifying system hardware requirements.
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance at the time of application; the clearance must be current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Siemens Team Center PLM.
Capital Logic experience.
Electrical hardware design expertise.
