What you’ll do
- Providing support to the internal and external system users in person and/or virtually.
- Providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system.
- Various Office IT process/project support.
- Supporting on boarders into the business with initial laptop set up.
- Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
- Perform hardware recycling activities.
- Build and distribute devices.
- Shared mailbox administration.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Strong understanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance
- Knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology in an operations environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience of working in a similar role
