Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization
A 16-bed observation unit that is an extension of the ER with a med surg concept.
The goal is to monitor a patient for 12-18 hours and determine a diagnosis/treatment or transfer to an in-patient unit.
Typical patient ratios of 1:4-5
Night shift Weekend only shift available ( Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon )
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
