Description

This position report to the Director of Fleet  and is responsible for ensuring the following:

Responsibilities:

• Assist maintaining all agency vehicles, all related maintenance, inspections, registrations, travel logs, obtain and renew DOT permits
• Assist maintaining the vehicle GPS
• Assist maintaining all agency vehicle gas cards, as well as vehicle repair logs.
• Assist maintaining  agency inventory record including addition to the inventory
• Assist preparing a list for agency vehicle parking tickets and follow up for collection from the staff
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

A High School Diploma required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to review and to interpret financial data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in preparation and maintenance of accounting spreadsheets utilizing software packages

Working Conditions: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:

Ability to think clearly in stressful situations, a high stress tolerance required, and works with frequent interruptions.  Prolonged and irregular hours may be required.
