As a Retail Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our hotel's retail outlet. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds courteously.
- Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products and promotions.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
