Provide administrative support to the PGCMLS Foundation and Communications & Outreach team.

Assist with donor communications, fundraising campaigns, grant applications and reporting.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes, as needed.

Support internal and external communications and digital content updates.
-
Maintain accurate, confidential records of donors, volunteers and grants.
-
Staff Board meetings, outreach events and special programs, as needed.

Collaborate with Library departments, volunteers and partner organizations.
-
Participate in planning teams and committees to advance Library initiatives.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma required. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Two or more years in related administrative or nonprofit work required.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Able to balance multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.

Professionalism, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-
Tech-savvy with experience using Google Apps, MS Office, digital platforms and other office equipment.

Bilingual candidates and experience in libraries, museums, nonprofits or marketing/communications are a plus.
- This is a part time position at 17-19 hours per week with evening and weekend hours, as needed. Work schedule is TBD.
