AT A GLANCE:
Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Regional Manager to join Retail Team. If you believe that your people are your greatest asset and have a track record in retail or commissioned sales as a multi-unit leader in a highly transactional, fast-paced retail environment, this role will be a great fit.

- Leads all sales activities and initiatives
- Oversees consistent implementation of processes and policy standards across stores
- Own and drive sales performance in 6-10 locations in the Region
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Be a hands-on, energetic sales leader with a passion for retail
- Instruct, demonstrate, practice, and validate a clearly defined sales process with your team
- Organize multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

- Be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: Revenue to Budget, Sleep Budget, Diamond Care (Furniture Protection), and Sales Per Guest
WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:
- Position requires extensive travel
- Valid Driver's License including a favorable driving record
- This role is primarily performed on the salesfloor. Physical requirements such as extended and frequent periods of standing and walking, moving, and lifting may be required

Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Big Box retail management, selling culture required
- Must have a track record in retail or commissioned sales and/or general management experience in highly transactional, fast-paced retail environment
- Exceptional people skills and strong work ethic required
- History of successfully managing a team of 100 or more associates is preferred
- Ability to handle highly confidential information discretely and professionally
- Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management
- Computer skills/technology skills, iPads and tablet skills, and mathematical skills
- Ability to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
