Job Description Summary:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Reps in PA and WV locating equipment in inventory, preparing documents for sales, financing, invoicing, and equipment delivery. This position will also support the Corporate Equipment Purchasing department with purchase orders for Attachments that are used on the equipment.

Attachment Ordering, Pricings, Quotes Company-wide support

  • Order attachments and work with Purchasing department to ensure attachments are correctly receipted, recorded in inventory and assigned prices for quoting
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to Sales reps when needed

Sales Administration and Support to Sales Reps in PA and WV locations

  • Assist Managers and reps to find equipment in system
  • Prepare Sales Quotes and review for accuracy before submitting to customer
  • Prepare and review Sales Agreement and ensure all appropriate reviews and approvals have been completed
  • Research and prepare Finance and Leasing quotes

Actively communicate and support Sales Reps, Branch and Purchasing Managers with information, pricing, miscellaneous requests, and be the contact interface with other Anderson departments.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Work Experience in Heavy Equipment, Auto dealerships, and or a sales support role is a plus;
  • Proficiency with computers including preparing looking up inventory, preparing documents using the system, reviewing quotes, orders for completeness and accuracy;
  • Ability to learn and understand all aspects of sales process and maintain controls;
  • Professional communication skills, responsiveness, and accountability to manage sales activity and meet deadlines.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation depends on experience/skills, overtime: $26.00-$30.00 per hour.
