About the Role:
Are you a hands-on Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with energy, clarity, and purpose? We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically capable, but deeply invested in helping teams grow, someone who brings structure to complexity, fosters accountability, and isn’t afraid to jump in and lead from the front.
In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional software teams toward stronger delivery and agile maturity. You’ll use AI-powered tools and agile metrics like flow metrics to remove blockers, improve performance, and drive sustainable delivery. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, quality, and operations to build alignment, improve processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with a strong preference for East Coast candidates to support time zone alignment and occasional in-person collaboration.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
