About the Department
Position Duties
- Coordinate work related to student admissions to the institution. The incumbent collaborates with the admissions team at the college regarding admissions processing and residency determination for tuition purposes.
- Conducts research and analysis on potential fraudulent student activity after registration, in alignment with college policy to prevent misuse of services and financial aid.
- Serve as a central point of contact for outgoing transcripts, handling general to complex inquiries, transactions, and customer service questions primarily via face-to-face, telephone, email/e-Chat, and other web-based methods.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure Legacy Credits are transferred to ctcLink when a student reapplies to the institution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree and two years’ experience in a higher education environment. Some credit given for related office experience in Enrollment or Admissions offices.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Experience with MS Office 365 and Forms creation and usage
- Excel

This is a full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with a salary range of $43,716 - $58,380 annually. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Associate (WPEA) Union. Classified positions qualify for the following benefits:

Conditions of Employment
- Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history, will be conducted.
