Job Description:Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Coordinator PM for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities:- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
- Respond to all phone calls/requests from guests and other departments
- Monitor computer system, PMS, stats.
- Assign rooms to be cleaned each day to room attendants.
- Dispatch specific requests to floor supervisors and runners.
- Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
- Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
- To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in department.
- Prepare paperwork for next day opening and verify schedules. Make changes to associate schedules as needed.
- Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required.
- Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and management both within and outside of your department.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
- Bilingual preferred, in both English and Spanish.
