Position Summary:

The position calls for teaching at the undergraduate level.  Candidates should have strong evidence of teaching effectiveness in the area of public speaking and communications. Preferred candidates will have experience in online instruction.

Department Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include teaching five classes per semester (fall and spring), primarily in speech classes.  Service to the department is required.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in communication required.  A minimum of five years teaching experience at the collegiate level in communication required.  Online teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.  Candidates should have expertise in high-impact teaching practices and effective teaching technologies.
