Position Summary

Join Adena Health and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional imaging services to our patients and community. The Radiology Manager oversees daily operations, quality assurance activities, staff accountability, and process improvement across multiple imaging modalities.

In this vital leadership role, you will manage budgets, hiring, and workflow optimization while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. The Manager partners with clinical and administrative leaders to support strategic initiatives for Radiology Services and ensures compliance with all accrediting, state, and federal regulations.

This position requires sound decision-making, strong communication, and a commitment to employee empowerment and patient safety—all while upholding Adena’s mission and values in every aspect of care.

Required Education

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology

Major/Area of Concentration

Radiologic Technology

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Certifications, Credentials, and Licenses

RRT – Registered Radiologic Technologist with current Ohio License

Certification through ARRT, NMTCB, and/or RDMS

Required Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Radiologic Technology
