Assembly Support Tech bei Serpa Packaging Solutions

Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for an Assembly Support Tech to join our Team! As our Assembly Support Tech, you will contribute with supporting essential Floor Support to the Assembly department and this is critical for machine handling, shipping, housekeeping, and overall assembly floor organization. Additionally, this role supports FAT preparation and oversees temporary labor when assigned.

Does this work interest you?

• Maintain applicable records for product and machine inventory.
• Serve as point person for machine handling, including skidding, shipping, and documentation.
• Act as direct contact and lead for temporary support staff on site.
• Act as point of contact for machine operations during debug and FAT phases.
• Assist with facilitation, documentation, and evaluation of effective project timelines and support.
• Maintain records for area responsibilities on the assembly floor.
• Follow and uphold a safe and clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the assembly team and other departments.
• Adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Understand and meet company standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager and department leads.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving the company’s mission.

Desired Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certified, or ability to become certified.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency in record retention.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with fellow coworkers.
• Strong leadership skills.

Base Hourly Range: $18.00 - $22.00
