Job Summary

To manage and increase the sales of Aftermarket parts and service - driving the business forward via its chosen routes to market through distribution

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are fully supported, trained, and equipped to maximize sales and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the full product range, proactively managing the sales territory for optimal results.
  • Negotiate pricing and drive margin improvements in line with company objectives.
  • Gather and analyse market and competitor data to inform forecasts, annual plans, and product development.
  • Resolve operational issues and represent the company at trade shows and in all business matters, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and its partners.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including the promotion of IoT solutions and “hard parts” sales, and assist with special projects as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Hybrid working with regular travel throughout Northern Europe.
