Post: Site Manager
Salary: Grade E - £33,012 full time
Hours: (36 hours between 7am and 6pm)
We are looking to appoint a proactive, hard-working Site Manager to join our exceptional school from January 2026.
We are looking for someone who will take real pride in the appearance, safety, and smooth day-to-day running of our school site. You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation, and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises, including maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning, and contract management. You will also need to be competent at DIY tasks and be able to work both on your own initiative as well as under the guidance/instruction of the School Business Manager and the Headteacher..
The role will also require occasional paid overtime to facilitate evening and weekend openings for school events and meetings.
