Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, alternating Saturday, 5:45 PM-6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $25-$28, hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and calibrate equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions.
• Use the applicable equipment tracking system to obtain the equipment history.
• Ensure record keeping/documentation in the equipment tracking system.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Comply with standardized procedures and guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Install new equipment.
• Modify/convert equipment as needed.
• Monitor Equipment to ensure it runs efficiently.
• Remain actively involved in quality equipment improvement.
• Assist with experiments or equipment evaluations to reduce inefficiencies.
• Assist and maintain EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security) requirements.
• Follow EHSS guidelines included in work instructions.
• Report conditions or behaviors that are contrary to EHSS policies or procedures.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous semiconductor experience.
• Ability to follow procedures/SOP.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills to enable customer satisfaction.
• Work 12-hour shifts rotating day/night every 4 months.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
