POSITION:
Junior Varsity Baseball Coach Ogemaw Heights High School QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Possession of high school diploma or G.E.D.
2. Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with students, staff & parents.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Ability to effectively establish and maintain discipline.
5. Ability to implement a strength and conditioning program.
6. Willingness to supervise weight training in and out of season.
7. Ability to perform under stressful conditions.
8. Personal flexibility in fostering a team-oriented culture and environment.
9. Possession of organizational skills.
10. Prior coaching experience preferred
11. Ability to obtain CPR, AED and First Aid Training.
EFFECTIVE: 2026 Spring Season (March 2026)
SALARY: Per Supplementary Services Pay Schedule, 6%.
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director
