Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our compassionate team!

As a **Personal Care Assistant**, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive both personal and emotional care. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients while promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with mobility and transporting clients as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Position Availability:

This role has flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred.
• Must possess a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
