Responsibilities/Duties:
- Must have at least 2-year towing experience or verifiable commercial/private property driving experience.
- Must have Texas Driver License and Current TDLR Private Property License.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Must have clean, professional appearance.
- Must be able to fill out and keep track of logs and paperwork.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must have a working, reliable smart phone.
- Must have knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth area to navigate efficiently
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a current and valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Towing License: Must hold a valid Texas TDLR Tow Operator License (Incident Management or Private Property).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 year of towing experience preferred; knowledge of private property impound procedures is a plus.
- Driving Record: Must meet company and insurance standards for motor vehicle operation (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive points).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professionalism: Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully with property managers, law enforcement, and vehicle owners.
- Safety & Compliance: Must adhere to all company policies, TDLR regulations, and safety protocols.
- Technology Skills: Basic understanding of GPS, dispatch systems, and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet for call management and photo documentation.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
