Qualifications

Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
-
LVN license
-
BLS certification
-
Provide and oversee quality nursing care based on resident acuity and regulatory requirements, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions

Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance, including training, assignments, discipline, and ongoing competency monitoring

Ensure resident safety, comfort, and privacy through daily rounds, adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and infection control practices

Coordinate and communicate resident care, including admissions, changes in condition, physician communications, and participation in care plan meetings

Maintain accurate documentation and use of EMR in accordance with facility policy, state, and federal regulations

Manage medication administration, monitor drug interactions, perform treatments, and support restorative care and activities of daily living
