Qualifications


  • Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

  • Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

  • LVN license

  • BLS certification

  • Provide and oversee quality nursing care based on resident acuity and regulatory requirements, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance, including training, assignments, discipline, and ongoing competency monitoring

  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and privacy through daily rounds, adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and infection control practices

  • Coordinate and communicate resident care, including admissions, changes in condition, physician communications, and participation in care plan meetings

  • Maintain accurate documentation and use of EMR in accordance with facility policy, state, and federal regulations

  • Manage medication administration, monitor drug interactions, perform treatments, and support restorative care and activities of daily living
