We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) to lead, mentor, and support clinicians in delivering excellent patient care for mental health and substance use in our outpatient clinic in New Bern, NC

As a Clinical Supervisor on the team, your days will be filled with meaningful work! From leading the onsite team in creating a welcoming environment and providing high-quality patient care to carrying a small caseload to keep your clinical skills fresh, every day will be an opportunity to enhance both client outcomes and staff satisfaction.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening flexibility based on program and client needs.
We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000 to $74,000 for this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:
- Full MH licensure: LCSW, LCMHC
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in substance use preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
