Press Setup & Operate bei Vollrath Company

• Set up and operate a variety of metal stamping presses, punch presses, lathes, trimming and beading equipment, shears, spot welders, and imprint machines.
• Place dies, adjust tooling and guards, and ensure all equipment is properly configured for production.
• Verify first piece quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent standards.
• Instruct and train operators on new setups and production processes.
• Use hand and power tools including hammers, wrenches, clamps, and other necessary tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, die carts, and step ladders.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
