Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Peoria, AZ

📍Peoria, AZ | 💵 $18-$24/hour | 📆 Full-time, Monday to Friday


Finni Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team!


As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Finni Health, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clients’ homes. Your one-on-one support will help children develop new skills, achieve important milestones, and make meaningful progress.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in home and community settings

  • Collect and accurately record data on child behaviors

  • Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a BCBA

  • Attend and actively contribute to team meetings

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (candidates interested in pursuing a career in this field are encouraged to apply)

  • Experience working with children and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs

  • Reliable transportation

  • Active CPR Certification (required)

  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification within a designated timeframe


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods

  • Comfort with sitting on the floor or standing for long durations
