Essential duties:

• Load and unload of parts as required to assure production schedule is met and coordinate closely with production personnel
• Hang parts to ensure successful coating and spray for touch-up as needed
• Label parts and move them to the appropriate assembly area
• Clean and maintain equipment and area
• Ensure necessary supply of consumables and supplies; submit replenishment orders
• Monitor and maintain the proper performance of equipment in the wash and coating line
• Recommend process and systems improvements

Requirements

• Basic math skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Basic computer knowledge. Must know how to maneuver through work related screens, ie. work instruction, QW menu, routings, drawings, etc.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
