Fleet Maintenance Technician - 1st shift bei Cooper Farms

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oakwood. 

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $22.00-$28.00 with a potential increase at 90 days

ADDITONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Keeping all machinery, trucks, and equipment serviced and in proper working condition
• Diagnosing/ troubleshooting to identify issues and propose solutions on vehicles and equipment
• Filling out required paperwork and keeping records up to date.
