What You’ll Do
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations of the community
- Help maintain strong resident relationships through excellent service and communication
- Assist with renewals to ensure residents stay and love where they live (commissions paid)
- Show and lease apartments when needed to help maintain strong occupancy (commissions paid)
- Help keep marketing materials current and accurate
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in multifamily housing or customer service preferred – we’ll train the right person!
- Basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- A problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
