SUMMARY:

Plans, coordinates and conducts learning and development on process/procedure and Core Systems for Member Facing employees and all Member Impacting Employees. Provides these employees with a foundation that is needed to serve members or employees who assist members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:


• Conducts Core Foundational Learning for all new member facing employees. This learning course covers the foundational learning of core system functions.
• Schedules and conducts Core System Training for member impacting employees. This learning course covers the basic functionality of our Core Systems.
• Schedules and conducts Refresher Courses that focus on enhancing skills for tenured employees.
• Coordinates and aids in the process of cross training processes/procedures for branch staff in leadership roles.
• Organizes offsite 1x1 learning and development for member facing and member impacting employees.
• Maintains and governs the Front Line Training Program and process along with coordinating biannual meetings and yearly certification class to promote consistency.
• Confers with managers and supervisors to determine learning and development needs and follow-up.
• Creates, updates and maintains required learning manuals and materials. Modifies training based on needs and/or changes in products, procedures, or services.
• Works with learning and development manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Stays informed on new developments, methods, and techniques in the learning and development field.
• Serves as a presenter for Orientation.
• Travels to branches and departments quarterly to observe/check in with member facing and member impacting employees.
• Works in the branch quarterly to maintain skills and relevance.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Maintains strict confidentiality of Personnel and HR related information. Performs functions in an accurate and timely manner. Professional in appearance and attitude. Utilizes interpersonal skills effectively in a team environment.

Regulatory Requirements:

Your position has specific procedures that must be followed to comply with Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Bank Secrecy/Patriot Act.
You will receive annual training to keep you current on any changes to these policies/procedures to assure compliance. Failure to comply with procedures may cause termination of your position as well as possible monetary penalties from the federal regulatory agency.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


High School diploma, plus three years teller/senior teller, MSR/Lending related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
