Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Retreat and Spirituality Center is seeking a full-time Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing meal service / banquet events and assist in all phases of food preparation and dining room functions. This position will work with kitchen staff and ensure that all professional food preparation and quality control standards are followed to deliver outstanding service at Our Lady of Perpetual Retreat Center. Flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays.
- Meal preparation for groups and individuals (max 125).
- Collaborate menu planning and meal service schedules, ensuring all health department and USDA requirements and guidelines are followed.
- Maintains high standards of sanitation, food handling, preparation, and storage.
- Operate food service equipment in accordance with appropriate procedures.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
- Supervise, lead and motivate kitchen staff and volunteers dedicated to the banquet department/meal service.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
