Customer Service Representative Service Scheduler
Fenton Family Dealerships is hiring! We are looking for a qualified individual to work in our Business Development Center assisting our Service Departments!
The primary role of the CSR Service Scheduler will be to assist the Service Department with answering phones and scheduling appointments for our current and potential customers. This full time position consists of taking a high volume of inbound phone calls and working with customers to schedule their appointment at a time that works both for the customer, but also for our Service Department.
This position will include but is not limited to:
- Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments in our scheduling tool, xTime
- Learning basic operation codes for common services
- Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer as to that service
- Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
- Offering best in class customer service to every customer both on the phone and via email
- Answering voice messages from customers and ensuring that all questions and/or requests are fulfilled
- Missed or Cancelled appointment follow up calls
- After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
- After Service declined work calls to generate sales that were passed on a write up
- Other tasks as assigned by BDC Manager or Service Manager
This is a full time position and reports directly to the BDC Manager. Other tasks pertaining to the overall dealership service process may be assigned depending on workload.
