Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This position is a very high pace atmosphere. and Time management is very important in this role. Responsibilities are including but not limited to:

Procurement for parts/maintenance

Typing documents and correspondence

Compiling data and generating reports

Maintaining files

Billing and checking of loading documents for accuracy

Other duties or special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 plus years experience. Knowledge of parts and inventory and SAP experience is preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters and excel spreadsheet

Communication Skills: This position will require the ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and vendors.
