As a senior or lead financial modeling analyst on the Capital & Enterprise Risk Management team, you’ll collaborate with capital modeling, reinsurance, and business unit teams on various financial and capital modeling initiatives. In this role, you’ll measure risk appetite, capital, profitability, and volatility metrics. In addition, you’ll make corporate-level decisions on risk capital initiatives, including reinsurance and alternative risk transfer strategy. You’ll support our internal capital adequacy modeling efforts and own rating agency capital modeling. You’ll gain experience across multiple products and work closely with a wide range of teams and external reinsurance brokers. 
 
Hybrid work schedule with remote work options if reside more than 50 miles from our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Must-have qualifications
 
 A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
 
Strong knowledge of insurance and of financial and capital metrics
Prior experience in risk management, financial & capital modeling, pricing, product R&D, and/or corporate finance groups
Experience using Python
Experience with data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or equivalent 
Proven communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, including negotiation skills and the ability to influence others by educating and sharing information
Compensation
 
$79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level
Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance
