Position Summary:
The Creative Services Manager is a design leader and brand steward whose high standards and broad, conceptual thinking drives creative excellence. This position designs creations for multichannel marketing campaigns, corporate collateral and other visual elements to meet the organization's strategic goals, and helps drive the evolution of the brand to position Johns Hopkins Medicine as the industry leader. The role works closely with colleagues within the Creative Development team, across the Marketing, Branding and Communications Department, with the Johns Hopkins Marketing team and external business partners to develop compelling marketing communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Communications and Design or related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ related experience, preferably with a top health system, large organization or brand identity agency.
- 3 years of prior leadership experience managing staff required.
Salary Range: Minimum 37.87/hour - Maximum 66.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
