We’re looking for a Technology Resource Planning Analyst to play a key role in aligning technical resource capacity with project demand across our delivery portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead forecasting and planning of technical resource demand across multiple IT projects and programmes.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.

  • Manage and enhance resource planning and time recording tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource needs are captured and aligned with delivery priorities.

  • Produce insightful reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in IT resource planning, capacity management, or project coordination.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g. Monday.com, Planview, Tempus) and Excel modelling.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
