Job Summary: Under a treatment plan approved by a physician, the Physical Therapist (PT) assists patients in achieving their maximum functional potential through the application of physical therapy principles and techniques. The PT provides consultation and collaboration with other members of the healthcare team, educates patient's families and caregivers regarding care and progress, and evaluates home environments to make safety and accessibility recommendations.
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday w/ rotating weekends
Benefits: $5,000 Flat Sum Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, 403(b)
Education/ Experience/ Skills/ Qualifications:
- Current California Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapist; experience in an acute rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Current CPR certification
