Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced clinic operations or nursing operations professional to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to some of the nation’s leading medical groups and health systems. You’ll blend your experience in clinic operations and understanding of clinician workflows with our care enablement platform to help clients achieve measurable financial, operational, and clinical outcomes. You will own key client relationships, ensuring governance, alignment, and purposeful growth, while fostering trusted partnerships across executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who has run or influenced large, complex clinical operations and is now ready to drive transformation at scale. You’ll anticipate client needs, and ensure every engagement reflects service-orientation, empathy, and measurable impact, helping clients deliver care that is more efficient, effective, and human.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth: Develop and execute account plans that drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth.
- Champion the client experience: Anticipate needs before they surface; design experiences that make clients feel seen, heard, and cared for.
- Lead governance: Establish and manage structured governance between IKS and client leadership teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, outcomes, and shared goals.
- Manage escalations with empathy and precision: Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, balancing responsiveness with professionalism to maintain trust and momentum.
- Be the client’s voice internally: Translate client context, needs, and priorities to internal delivery, product, and analytics teams; ensuring every solution feels personalized and relevant.
- Influence and engage clinicians: Partner with physicians, practice managers, and care teams to drive adoption of the solutions and workflows that improve efficiency and care quality.
- Operational excellence: Leverage deep understanding of clinic workflows and practice operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Empowered responsiveness: Act quickly and decisively to resolve issues; empower teams to deliver high levels of responsiveness.
Craft memorable moments: Recognize milestone achievements, design thoughtful gestures, and elevate day-to-day interactions into lasting relationships.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, analytics, clinical, and delivery teams to ensure clients achieve outcomes tied to financial and quality goals.
- Co-own client growth and adoption goals with the sales teams.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinic operations or nursing operations or practice management for hospitals, health systems, and/or large ambulatory groups.
- Hands-on experience in running clinic or practice operations or nursing organizations and deep familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR workflows
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for improving the healthcare experience through innovation and partnership.
- Track record of driving transformation within clinician enterprises, not just incremental improvements.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150,000k-$175,000k Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
