Summary of Position
The Parts Coordinator/Driver is responsible for the efficient sourcing, inventory management, and timely delivery of parts and supplies. This role ensures that parts are readily available for technicians, while also handling deliveries and pick-ups between vendors, clients, and company locations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a clean driving record.
Salary Range
Non-Exempt/Hourly $18.00 - $22.00

Requirements
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at a least 21 years of age due to interstate commerce regulations.
1–2 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or driving role preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software a plus.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Parts Coordination
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
- Process parts requests from the service team and other departments.
- Order parts from approved suppliers as needed and track backorders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts room or warehouse.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Driving & Delivery
- Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and supplies to/from vendors, customers, and job sites.
- Ensure timely and safe transport of goods using company vehicles.
- Verify all items for accuracy before delivery or receipt.
- Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and vehicle inspection checklists.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with parts ordering systems
- Knowledge of or mechanical parts.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
