Responsibilities
- Attract and retain great people; know everyone's capabilities and aspirations, invest in the growth of others
- Analyze requirements and learning gaps and develop a leadership development program, curricula, and content across the continuum of people managers (first time managers, mid-level managers, leaders of leaders)
- Coach to team objectives and impactful outcomes; enable success across boundaries; and help the team adapt and evolve

- Demonstrate an ability to influence change and initiate actions that have strategic impact and drive a high-performance culture
Key Duties
- Recruit top talent in the field
- Train and develop those hires to execute to Taher's brand standards
- Career Path the teams under their area of influence to ensure those who want to be more have a pathway forward
- Model best-in-class leadership, program management, and organizational skills to evolve learning programs to meet future needs
- Build partnerships, apply creative resource management, drive continuous measurement and learner feedback processes to improve and advance the learner experience.
