About the Role: 

As a Dietary Aid at Centre Ave. Health and Rehab, you will:

• Prepare food and beverages as requested by the supervisor/manager or chef. 

• Take meal orders and serve meals, beverages, and snacks according to dietary needs. 

• Record special food items served to residents and provide cheerful, efficient service. 

• Manage dining room service, ensuring timely meal delivery and assisting customers with special dining needs. 

• Maintain salad/specialty bars, make coffee and iced tea, and keep stations clean. 

• Clear tables, change linens, reset tables, and maintain a safe, sanitary dining environment. 

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. 

• Organize stockroom, walk-ins, and reach-ins, discard cardboard boxes, and empty trash. 

• Complete tasks accurately and timely, adhering to dining room duty list. 

• Comply with Health Department regulations. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

What We're Looking For: 

Experience and Education:  

• At least 16 years of age. At least one month of applicable experience or training.  

Skills:  

• Ability to effectively able to read and interpret documents.  

• Ability to communicate effectively.  

• Basic mathematical skills. 

• Ability to reason and problem solve.  

• Basic technical skills.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $15.75/hr. DOE
