Position summary
Reporting into the Core Asset Team (CAT) Lead, the ideal candidate will lead the global commercial strategy and market development for the high-impact Immunology asset. The ideal candidate will own the go-to-market plan, geographic expansion, lifecycle strategy, and commercial business case plans for ex-US markets while staying in-sync and in step with the US Immunology functional leadership. The ideal candidate will seamlessly partner cross-functionally to accelerate early detection, diagnosis, an optimal treatment—delivering patient impact and business results.
What you’ll do
- Actively lead the Global Brand Plan strategy and long-range plan; align goals and priorities across markets.
- Build and execute go-to-market, Life Cycle Management (LCM) expansion, and market-shaping plans pre and post launch.
- Guide RDMA and clinical development with clear commercial input (positioning, TPP/TPC optimization, product claims).
- Develop commercial forecasts and the business case(s)-lead insights and market research, analytics, and scenario planning.
- Co-lead a high-performing Global Commercial Team (medical, marketing, operations, market research and regulatory) to help drive global brand planning, decision-making, resolve issues, and communicate to leadership both corporately and within regions / affiliates.
- Translate scientific and market insights into differentiated product strategy and value stories.
- Evaluate BD opportunities (e.g., in-licensing) and support feasibility studies.
- Represent commercial on product improvements (dosing, delivery systems, formulation).
- Partner closely with RDMA Medical Affairs, Programme / Project Management, Statistics, Regulatory, Operations, Pricing and Access, Legal, and regional commercial teams.
What you’ll bring

- Extensive years of progressive industry experience, including in pharma/biotech marketing and strategy.
- Global launch leadership and end-to-end product lifecycle experience (early and late-stage, biologics).
- Strength in cross-functional leadership, project management, vendor oversight, and budget stewardship.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Track record of operating in complex, cross-cultural matrix environments and building strong relationships.
- Is able to find common ground, is able to work well with others, has locomotion and speed, understands urgency and can stay calm when all those around him / her are not.

Preferred
- MBA and / or experience in a start-up or in a truly fast-paced environment
Location and travel
- Remote - United States preferred with EU considered
- Up to 40% travel (including weekends as needed) with some international travel when required

The base salary range for this role is 214,000-275,000 Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
