About the Role 

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Columbine Commons Health and Rehab, you will: 

• Direct, assign, and oversee the housekeeping and laundry staff; assume housekeeping duties when needed; inspect completed work to ensure quality. 

• Train new employees in cleaning techniques, enforce infection control policies, and ensure staff follow procedures and use PPE properly. 

• Perform cleaning tasks for resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; replenish supplies in janitorial and linen closets; handle infectious waste safely. 

• Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and assist with supply inventory and ordering. 

• Help with laundry tasks or serve food trays in the dining room as needed. 

What We're Looking For

Experience and Education:  

• Ability to supervise, coach, and schedule the staff

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping

• 1+ years of management or team lead experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Skills:  

• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one or group settings.  

• Ability to do basic mathematical skills.  

Attributes:  

• Strong attention to detail.  

• Self-motivated 

• Positive attitude.  

• Passionate about helping others. 

• Ability to multi-task.
