The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm.

What Success Looks Like:
- Serve as the primary contact for departmental improvement initiatives, collaborating with supervisors to implement and lead projects.
- Analyze daily order patterns and workforce levels to meet customer demands.
- Understand all department product families and their interrelationship with other plant value streams.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations.
- Lead Tier meetings and communicate key metrics and goals.
- Conduct daily safety audits, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Participate in accident investigations and support corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by guiding team members in following procedures and improving standard work.
- Oversee equipment operation and employee performance, addressing any discrepancies.
- Be fully trained to set up and troubleshoot all equipment and products in the department.
- Provide training and coaching across all shifts, ensuring team flexibility.
- Take ownership of departmental improvement efforts and coordinate with relevant teams for successful implementation.
- Assist the Supervisor in daily planning and scheduling, and serve as the main contact in their absence.
- Develop and monitor standard work processes to optimize department efficiency.
- Conduct regular 5S audits, ensuring the department is organized and tools are readily available.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery
- Experience with LOTO
- Understanding of how to use machine guarding
Expected Hourly Range: $25.00/hr - $35.25/hr + $3/hr shift differential.
