We’re looking for a reliable, safety-minded Yard and Warehouse Coordinator to help organize, stage, and move materials across our outdoor yard and indoor warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the daily loading, unloading, staging, and storage of steel beams and materials.
Support warehouse receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
Inspect and verify materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance.
Communicate with Production, Shipping, and Quality Control to keep materials flowing.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging tools safely (certifications preferred).
Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse while promoting OSHA-compliant safety practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a warehouse, yard, or logistics coordination role — ideally in steel, construction supply, or manufacturing.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and organization
ERP/inventory software knowledge
Forklift and crane operation (certifications a plus)
Keen eye for detail and quality
Team-oriented mindset and safety awareness
Work Environment
Split between outdoor yard and indoor warehouse — all weather conditions.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, high-visibility vest.
