As a Supervisor & Clinical Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in leading clinical excellence and shaping the next generation of Neurodiagnostic Technologists. Location Highlight: Northern Colorado

This role is based on site, covering facilities in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley. The region offers:

As a regional leader, your presence and responsiveness across these locations will be key to maintaining clinical excellence and supporting the team’s growth. Occasional travel may be required for INN events, trainings, or conferences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of Neurodiagnostic Technologists and Neurodiagnostic Assistants
  • Lead new hire orientation, onboarding, and 90-day/annual performance evaluations
  • Deliver education, protocol training, and competency development across EEG modalities, including EEG hookup and handoff (NDAs), ICU/cEEG
  • Promote quality assurance through record review, incident follow-up, and performance coaching
  • Maintain strong relationships with EEG leadership and INN operations teams
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow improvements, and clinical communication standards
  • Participate in leadership meetings, protocol assessment, and Joint Commission compliance efforts
  • Maintain readiness to provide patient care as needed, including on-call or coverage rotations

Requirements

Qualifications

· R. EEG T. (ABRET certification) required

· At least 3 years of experience in neurodiagnostic procedures, including ICU monitoring

· Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, science, or related field preferred

· Experience with cEEG monitoring, Nihon Kohden systems, and training tools preferred
