Our chapter comprises teams that work on a wide range of capabilities and platforms to enable experiences for our Capital Markets clients. We're looking for product-aware product manager who is hardworking, inquisitive, and responsible individuals to help us on our mission to build and maintain highly scalable platforms.

The Team

We build and maintain the Fidelity’s Agency Lending platform. As a Program Manager, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team building world class products and customer experiences, automating all the things, in support of our expanding our product offering to serve new customers and new market segments.

 The Expertise You Have

• Proven knowledge and experience working in application development technology groups.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with working with a variety of users on platform development.
• Certification in Project Management or Business Analysis preferred.
• Prior work experience in an Agile environment

The Value You Deliver

• Providing program management support for non-project technology and business initiatives including client RFP, Platform Audit, vendor coordination and technology standardization initiatives.
• Managing the backlog of architecture and firmwide initiative based activities, coordinating a pipeline of projects with technology leads, tracking, planning, and providing status updates on a regular basis.
• Understanding the platform technology stack and be able to present the same across a diverse group of people.
• Driving discussions across a variety of user base with strong communication skills and technical expertise.
• Driving the external / internal Audit needs focused around the technology interfaces for the platform.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
